CMI began in Chiang Mai as a community created with and for Chinese-speaking people living overseas. From our beginnings at Chiang Mai Guesthouse, we moved to Mingyue Manor on July 10, 2026, opening a new chapter at CMI Studio.

I am ZIHE, founder of CMI Community. I love seeing people get to know each other over a meal, a book or something they make together. For me, community grows through time spent together: someone brings an idea, someone shares their experience, and we make it happen. At CMI Studio, I hope to keep room for people from different backgrounds to exchange ideas, experiment and create, with AI and 3D printing as useful everyday tools.
